15. 復(fù)雜應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下應(yīng)變測量和數(shù)據(jù)處理方法探析

摘要:本文從原理上詳細(xì)的推導(dǎo)出了在平面應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下,如何由測得的應(yīng)變數(shù)值來計算主應(yīng)力數(shù)值和方向。其推導(dǎo)過程清晰,結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),并最后以45°應(yīng)變花為例,給出了其推導(dǎo)出的最終主應(yīng)力和方向的計算公式。最后給出了利用此計算公式,對某一型號的應(yīng)變測試數(shù)據(jù)進行了處理的實例,具有較強的實用性。

Strain measurement and data processing method in complex stress state

Abstract: This article particularly and completely deduced computing formula that can be used to calculate the measurement strains in plain stress state. The deduced course is distinct and the framework is precise. Moreover, it gave the computing formula on strain data processing of rectangular rosette An example that used the formula to process the strain data in an important experimentation was provided in the end. It is very practical.
