1.提高微波頻率測量精度的方法

摘要:頻率是微波儀器的重要參數(shù),微波頻率測量是檢測儀器是否正常運(yùn)行的有效手段,而提高頻率測量精度是微波頻率測量可靠性的保證。本文概述了微波頻率測量的基本原理,分析了提高微波頻率測量精度的幾種方法,表明模擬內(nèi)插法和游標(biāo)內(nèi)插法在提高微波頻率測量精度中具有更為明顯的優(yōu)勢。

Methods for improving precision of microwave frequency measurement

Abstract: Frequency is an important parameter of microwave instrument and microwave frequency measurement is an effective approach to examine the normal operation of microwave instrumentSo improving precision of microwave frequency measurement guarantees the reliability of microwave frequency measurement. In this paper, the fundamental theory of microwave frequency measurement was summarized.The methods for improving the accuracy of microwave frequency measurement were analyzed.It shows that analoginterpolating and the cursor interpolating methods have prominent advantages in improving precision of microwave frequency measurement.
