    1..磁制冷材料絕熱溫變測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)控制分析系統(tǒng) 郭立君,馮再,吳衛(wèi) (西華大學(xué)材料學(xué)院,四川 成都 610039) 摘要:磁制冷是目前全球公認(rèn)取代氟利昂的最佳制冷方式。具有循環(huán)效率高、節(jié)能、運(yùn)動(dòng)部件少、無(wú)污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而更富有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,被譽(yù)為綠色制冷技術(shù)。評(píng)價(jià)一種磁性制冷材料的性能好壞,對(duì)其進(jìn)行絕熱溫變測(cè)試是很重要的一步。以前采用的溫變測(cè)試手段主要以人工將材料放入磁場(chǎng)中,手工記錄為主的測(cè)試方式,其缺點(diǎn)失不能準(zhǔn)確的控制試樣進(jìn)出磁場(chǎng)的速度和停留時(shí)間,造成誤差較大。筆者針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,對(duì)該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),采用VB60編程,利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)整個(gè)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制和分析并同時(shí)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)進(jìn)行記錄分析,大大提高了測(cè)量的精度和可靠度,系統(tǒng)誤差小于3%。本文著重闡述了筆者對(duì)絕熱溫變測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的改造方案,分析了改造后系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的精確度及自動(dòng)化程度,并分析了誤差來(lái)源及系統(tǒng)需進(jìn)一步完善的地方。   關(guān)鍵詞:磁制冷材料;絕熱溫變;控制系統(tǒng)   中圖分類號(hào):TK311 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2006)02-0008-03   Control and analysis system of the adiabatic temperature changes testing of magnetic refrigerants   GUO Li-Jun,FENG Zai,WU Wei (School of Materials Science and Engineering,Xihua University,Chengdu 610039,China)   Abstract: The magnetic cooling is regard as the best way taking place the traditional cooling method,which has many advantages such as high efficiency, energy conservation, uncomplicated and pollution free. Adiabatic temperature changes testing is one of the most important way to evaluate the coo ling ability of the material. The unimproved testing device and method is based on the manual work, the error is inevitable. So we reconstructed a testing device and design a the control and analysis program based on Visual Basic 6.0,this system greatly improved the accuracy and reliability of the test, the error less than 3%. This article is highlights to expatiate the whole developing process of this system and analyze the accuracy of the result and automatization degree of the system.
