摘要：本文研究了一種新型的伏安特性測(cè)試儀。詳細(xì)地給出了該測(cè)試儀的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)原理框圖，并對(duì)其中的主要部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地闡述，給出了相應(yīng)部分的電路原理圖，以及軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)流程圖，并通過(guò)對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了伏安特性的測(cè)試，根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果可以看出，該測(cè)試儀具有很好的性能，是一個(gè)比較實(shí)用的測(cè)試儀器。

Research of a new-type V-A characteristic tester

Abstract: This paper presented a new-type volt-ampere characteristic tester. It contained system principle block diagram, exposition to the main part, circuit and software flow chart. The test of volt-ampere characteristic to sample tester were provided. It is easy to find that this tester has very good performance according to the test result and it is a more practical.
