摘要:本文描述了一種直接利用火花塞電極作為傳感器檢測(cè)南方摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)早燃的方法,作者在文章中詳細(xì)分析及討論了離子電流的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理。為了檢測(cè)南方摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)早燃現(xiàn)象,利用其氣缸內(nèi)燃燒時(shí)產(chǎn)生大量的離子電流信號(hào)所包含的豐富燃燒信息,對(duì)其火花塞正常點(diǎn)火和熾熱點(diǎn)火離子電流顯示的波形進(jìn)行研究分析,從而確定是否發(fā)生早燃。實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,這種檢測(cè)方法具有較大的實(shí)際價(jià)值。

Experimental study on pre-ignition detection on south motorcycle engine

Abstract: This paper describes a system for preignition in motorcycle engine using spark plus as a detecting probe,the author carries out researches on a method how the ionic current comes into being. In order to examine the south motorcycle engine preignition phenomenon, using the rich burning information of the massive ions which are produced when the air cylinder is burnt, Through analyzing the wave form difference between lighting a fire normally and firing early, it can be determined whether preignition occurs or not. The actualapplication result indicates that the examination method has a greater practical value.
