摘要:實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器測(cè)試平臺(tái)是準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),它受到的振動(dòng)可歸結(jié)為單自由度的振動(dòng)問題。通過對(duì)單自由度振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)特性分析,分析相關(guān)抗振因子特性,從而得出實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試平臺(tái)的抗振設(shè)計(jì)基本原理,即只有當(dāng)外激頻率fj大于系統(tǒng)頻率f0的2倍時(shí),抗振系統(tǒng)才有效;進(jìn)而從材料、結(jié)構(gòu)及措施上進(jìn)行抗振介紹,以全息照相實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的抗振動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)為例作了測(cè)算和設(shè)計(jì)。

Anti-vibration design for experiment instrument testing bench

Abstract: Experiment instrument testing bench is important matter foundation for accurate measurement. Vibration comes from a single variance . This paper analyzed system feature and correlative anti-vibration factor of the single variance and came to the conclusion of anti-ibration design basic principle for experiment instruent testing bench. Anti-vibration system is valid when exciting frequecy is greater than 2 multiple system inherent frequency. This paper also introduced antivibration design for material, structure and finally, gave the calculation and design taking holograph experiment testing bench as example.
