摘要:提出了一種圖像動(dòng)態(tài)采集方法,用光柵位移傳感器替代傳統(tǒng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)裝置確定攝像頭位置,將原來(lái)以步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)為核心技術(shù)的主動(dòng)定位變?yōu)閺膭?dòng)定位,引入光柵傳感器作為定位元件,省掉了驅(qū)動(dòng)電源、步進(jìn)電機(jī)、減速機(jī)構(gòu)等裝置,大幅度減小體積和重量。用89S51和CPLD(大規(guī)??删幊踢壿嬈骷┰O(shè)計(jì)控制模塊,采集處理光柵信號(hào),實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)送攝像頭控制信號(hào)。采用VHDL語(yǔ)言編制控制程序,簡(jiǎn)化了硬件邏輯設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,電路簡(jiǎn)潔,控制可靠??蓮V泛用于等距序列圖像采集、空間物體的多圖像定位、三維物體或場(chǎng)景的反求等。

Method of dynamical image collection based on CPLD

Abstract: This article presents an image collection method based on CPLD. It can get the position of the camera by grating sensor instead of traditional stepper motor. Thus the active orientation driven by stepper motor changes to passive one by grating sensor and it doesn’t need strong driving power, the stepper motor or the reduction device. It improves precision and reduces the volume and weight. The control system is designed with 89S51 and CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device). It gathers and deals with signal of grating and sends CCD camera instructing signal in real time. It also simplifies the logic design process of the hardware because of the VHDL. The circuit is simple and reliable. This system can be used in collection of serial images, orientation by multiple images and reverse engineering of 3D objects.
