摘要：機(jī)車車輛動(dòng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)是對(duì)鐵路機(jī)車車輛的動(dòng)力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)的一項(xiàng)重要試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)方案多、信號(hào)通道多、數(shù)據(jù)量大是這種試驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)。依據(jù)采集到的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)——平穩(wěn)性指標(biāo)的計(jì)算和求取各信號(hào)的最大值和最大平均值是試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的主要工作之一。在試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理中將涉及到數(shù)據(jù)分段、分段FFT、多段頻譜求平均以及信號(hào)濾波等的處理。運(yùn)用Matlab語言的矩陣運(yùn)算功能和強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理函數(shù)包進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理，其程序簡(jiǎn)潔、調(diào)試方便，大大提高了工作效率。

Data processing in the dynamic test of rail vehicle based on Matlab

Abstract: Dynamic test is very important for verifying performance of rail vehicle. There are many test cases, many data channels and large volume of sample data in the test. Calculation of ride index and statistic characteristic is the core. Data processing involved data segment, fast fouier transform, segment average and signal filter. It is more efficient in program and debug by means of power of matrix calculation of MTATLAB and its signal process toolset.
