摘 要: 天然磷脂是含磷酸的類脂化合物,廣泛存在于自然界中,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、食品科學(xué)、醫(yī)藥學(xué)、生命科學(xué)等研究方面都有重要的作用。磷脂的研究手段多樣,高效液相色譜在磷脂的分離、檢測(cè)方面具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)合近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)高效液相色譜分離磷脂的研究報(bào)道,分析了液相色譜分離磷脂所用固定相、流動(dòng)相、檢測(cè)器等關(guān)鍵因素,認(rèn)為液相色譜與質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用是未來(lái)液相色譜分析磷脂的技術(shù)方向。

Advance of phospholipids analysis by high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract: Phospholipids are mixtures of lipids containing phosphorus. They widely distribute in the nature. They have great application in the industry,food science,medical science and life science. There are several methods to separate and detect the phospholipids,one of these is the high performance liquid chromatography. This paper analyzed the system used to separate and detect phospholipids and pointed out the combination of the HPLC with MS is the most promising method for separation and detection of phospholipids in the future.
