摘 要:在全面檢索1907年以來國內(nèi)外所有關(guān)于糖類物質(zhì)分析方法研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了茶葉中的糖類物質(zhì)及其分析方法現(xiàn)狀,對糖類物質(zhì)的主要分析方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地介紹,并對化學(xué)分析法、氣相色譜法、離子交換色譜法、凝膠色譜法、高效液相色譜法、毛細(xì)管電泳法、質(zhì)譜法等主要分析方法進(jìn)行了評述,并提出了用高效液相色譜法建立茶葉中糖類物質(zhì)測定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法。
Abstract: According to almost all literatures relating to carbohydrates determination since 1907, carbohydrates in tea and their determinations were introduced. Those methods for carbohydrates determination, especially those main methods such as chemical analysis, gas chromatography(GC), ion exchange chromatography(IEC), gel permeation chromatography(GPC),high performance liguid chromatography(HPLC),capillary electrophoresis (CE) and mass spectrum (MS) were systematically reviewed. Based on the above, a standard method, carbohydrates in tea determined by HPLC was advised.
