摘 要:論述了有機(jī)肥料中水溶性碳的測(cè)定方法,樣品先經(jīng)去離子水振蕩浸提過濾處理,浸提液中的水溶性碳在加熱條件下,用過量的重鉻酸酸鉀-硫酸溶液氧化水溶性有機(jī)碳,多余的重鉻酸鉀用硫酸亞鐵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液滴定,由消耗的重鉻酸鉀量按氧化校正系數(shù)計(jì)算出有機(jī)碳量。結(jié)果表明,此法回收率達(dá)96.1%~97.7%,變異系數(shù)為5.95%~7.4%。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,結(jié)果令人滿意。 關(guān)鍵詞:有機(jī)肥;水溶性碳;方法 中圖分類號(hào):TQ440.72 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2007)04-0063-02 Method of detecting water-soluble carbon in organic fertilizer FAN Fang (Monitoring Center of Green Food Environment,Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Nanchang 330200,China) Abstract: This paper introduced a method of detecting the water-soluble carbon in organic fertilizer. The process was as follows:the sample was dipped in the deionized water and vibrating, filtrating, then the filtrated solution left, in which the water-soluble carbon was oxided by excessive compound solution of potassium bichromate and H2SO4 under the condition of heating. Subsequently, the redundant potassium bichromate was titrated by the standard ferrous sulfate solution, and the content of organic carbon was calculated by the oxide calibration coefficient and the amount of reactive potassium bichromate. The result indicated that the return-ratio reached 96.1%~97.7% and the coefficient of varation was less than 5.95%~7.4% through this method. In addition, the method is simple in operation process and the result is satisfying.
