摘 要：對照剩余電壓的形成和國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的測試要求，敘述了剩余電壓存在形式、特點(diǎn)、測試方法和要求及測試設(shè)備。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有不同剩余電壓測試方法和測試設(shè)備的性能，對照現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試規(guī)定，列出了當(dāng)前剩余電壓測試過程出現(xiàn)的測試阻抗、測試方法和測試設(shè)備等問題。針對這些測試問題，提出了解決的具體測試變通方法和設(shè)想。

Abstract： According to the formation process of residual voltage and the measurement requirements of national standard， those including existing ways， characteristics， methods and requirements as well as the instruments of measurement for residual voltage were described. Based on the various existing methods and different performances of instruments for residual voltage measurement， as well as the requirements of national measurement standards， those problems such as impedance， measurement method and measurement instruments encountered in current residual voltage measurement were pointed out. To solve these problems above， some alternative methods and ideas for specific measurement were suggested.
