摘 要:充分利用虛擬儀器在振動測試領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢,結(jié)合三維加速度傳感器研發(fā)出航天器包裝箱振動測試系統(tǒng),縮短了開發(fā)周期,節(jié)約了測試成本,實現(xiàn)了長時間實時數(shù)據(jù)采集并存儲,即時顯示加速度波形,并根據(jù)信號處理的基本原理,對數(shù)據(jù)進行頻譜分析、關(guān)鍵點高亮顯示、極值檢索、有效值分析、減振效果分析;對采集后的數(shù)據(jù)加速數(shù)據(jù)流回放,生成極值、有效值、減振效果報表、打印等功能。

Spacecraft packing chest vibration measurement system

Abstract: Virtual instrument technique was used to design spacecraft packing chest vibration measurement system. Using sufficient advantages of virtual instrument in vibration measurement,development cycle was reduced and testing cost was saved. Realized real-time data acquisition and storage for a long time,and displayed accelerated wave instant. Spectral analysis,key-points high-light display,extremum search,virtual value analysis and damping effect analysis of accelerated data were all based on basic theory of signal processing. At last, reviewed collection data,and generated report forms of extremum,virtual value, damping effect and printed them.
