  • 肺功能儀校準(zhǔn)裝置的研制

    摘  要:為了解決肺功能儀的質(zhì)量控制和量值溯源問題,運(yùn)用人體呼吸的基本原理,采用微機(jī)伺服精確控制活塞的工作方式,研制了肺功能儀校準(zhǔn)裝置,該裝置可完成氣體體積和流量的修正計(jì)算,能向肺功能儀提供模擬的肺活量、用力肺活量、呼吸峰流量、分鐘最大通氣量等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量值。該裝置的主要指標(biāo)達(dá)到歐洲呼吸學(xué)會(huì)和美國(guó)胸腔協(xié)會(huì)提出的肺功能測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了研制肺功能儀校準(zhǔn)裝置的社會(huì)意義,說明了該裝置工作的基本原理,列舉了達(dá)到的主要物理指標(biāo),以及實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本功能。   關(guān)鍵詞:肺功能儀;校準(zhǔn);肺功能儀校準(zhǔn)裝置;模擬;質(zhì)量控制;量值溯源   中圖分類號(hào):R322.3+5;TM930.113        文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A          文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2008)03-0014-03  

    Calibration device development for spirometer analyzers

This device could calculate the amended gas volume and its amended flow, and provide the standard values such as vital capacity, forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow, maximum voluntary ventilation, etc. for spirometry analyzers. Its principal indicators have reached the requirements of the spirometry standard recommended by the European Respiratory Society and the American Thoracic Society.
