  • 紅外定量分析四氯化鈦中的三氯乙酰氯

    摘  要:精四氯化鈦中的三氯乙酰氯會影響海綿鈦的質(zhì)量。為測定三氯乙酰氯的含量,應(yīng)用傅里葉變換紅外光譜技術(shù)、自制5 cm長光程液體池和一套密封取樣裝置,定量分析了精四氯化鈦中的三氯乙酰氯。本方法的線性范圍在(0~0.163)g/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.999 4,吸光系數(shù)是2.767 L/g·cm,檢出限3.61×10-4 g/L。本方法檢出限低、靈敏度高、線性范圍寬,可滿足四氯化鈦工業(yè)生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控這種雜質(zhì)的要求。   關(guān)鍵詞:傅里葉變換紅外光譜;四氯化鈦;三氯乙酰氯;定量分析;密封取樣裝置   中圖分類號:TQ114;TH744.41        文獻標識碼:A          文章編號:1672-4984(2008)03-0095-03   Quantitative analysis for trichloroacetyl chloride in titanium tetrachloride by infrared spectrophotometers   SONG Yu-ping1,2, TAN Hong2, SUN Jun-ping1, YANG Hong-bo2, CHEN Hong-liang1,2, XU Hua-jie1,2, HE Jin-lin2   (1.Guizhou University,Guiyang 550001,China; 2.Guizhou Research Center of Physical Testing and Chemical Analysis,Guiyang 550001,China)   Abstract: Trichloroacetyl chloride in titanium tetrachloride affects the quality of titanium sponge, FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared) spectrophotometer with a homemade 5 cm path length liquid cell and a set of airproof sampling units has been used to determine trichloroacetyl chioride in titanium tetrachloride. The results show that the liner range of calibration curve is from 0 g/L to 0.163 g/L, r, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 4, the absorbance coefficient is 2.767 L/g·cm and the detection limit is 3.61×10-4 g/L. All above indicate this method can determine low concentration trichloroacetyl chloride, with high sensitivity and wide liner range.
