摘 要:針對(duì)蔬菜中吡蟲啉殘留分析沒(méi)有國(guó)標(biāo)可執(zhí)行的問(wèn)題,著手對(duì)此進(jìn)行了一些研究,提出了一種簡(jiǎn)單、快速且較為經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)殘留量的檢測(cè)分析方法。用二氯甲烷,采用勻漿法提取,并用安捷倫的C18柱(500 mg;6 mL)進(jìn)行凈化。用高效液相色譜儀測(cè)定,外標(biāo)法定量。其特點(diǎn)是方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)269 nm;色譜柱C18 XDB 250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm;流動(dòng)相:乙腈∶水=40∶60(V/V);該方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)0.999 99。

Determination of imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables

Abstract: At present, there is no national standard for determination of imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables. In order to solve this problem, one simple, rapid, economic method was researched and established for determination of pesticide residues. In this method, ethyl acetale and dichloromethane were used to extract residues with eddy-oscillate method. And the extract was purified with Agilent C18 column(500 mg;6 mL). After then it was analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and quantified with ESTD method. In detail, the detection wavelength was 269 nm, the chromatography column was C18 XDB 250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm and the mobile phase was 40%(V/V) acetonitrile aqueous solution. The results indicate that this method is simple and rapid, the linear regression coefficient of calibration curve is larger than 0.99999, and the measurement result is accurate.
