摘 要:基于逆向工程的思想提出了一種應(yīng)用于盤(pán)形凸輪廓線的測(cè)量及分析系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原理、硬軟件組成及測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的處理算法。通過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)量并對(duì)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)按設(shè)計(jì)算法處理后表明,該系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量及分析方法正確,效果比較理想。利用所獲得的有效數(shù)據(jù)在系統(tǒng)中添加后置CAD模塊,建立凸輪的三維CAD實(shí)體模型,就可以很方便地進(jìn)行數(shù)控機(jī)床加工。

Design of profile measurement and reverse analysis system for plate cam

Abstract: Based on the principle of reverse engineering, the system for measurement and analysis of the profile of plate cam was brought forward. The theories, configuration of the hardware and software and the algorithm for the post processing of the acquired data of the system were also described. The comparison of the measurements and computed results based on the developed theories shows that the measurement and analysis method of this system is correct and the result is reasonable. Utilizing the available data and adding a CAD module to this system, building the 3-dimensional solid model for the plate cam, could be used for the machining on a NC machine expediently.
