摘 要:設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的基于SOPC技術(shù)的三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)控制核心。該控制核心以數(shù)字脈沖的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)三坐標(biāo)的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制和相關(guān)I/O接口控制功能。該核心的測(cè)量機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)以PC機(jī)作為上位機(jī),利用串口進(jìn)行上、下位機(jī)的通信,所有對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)性要求高的功能都在片內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn),包括插補(bǔ)運(yùn)算、測(cè)點(diǎn)鎖存和測(cè)頭保護(hù)等。用SOPC技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)控制核心簡(jiǎn)化平臺(tái)硬件結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)具有開(kāi)放、性能可靠且本身結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等特點(diǎn),并且可以靈活的實(shí)現(xiàn)定制應(yīng)用。

CMM motion control core based on SOPC technology

Abstract: A new kind of CMM (coordinate measuring machine) control core was designed based on SOPC (system on a programmable chip) technology. This control core controls the tri-coordinate motion and the functions of the related I/O through the mode of digital pulses. And it takes PC as upper system, used a serial port to communicate between the upper system and the lower system, and all functions needing high speed and real-time were performed in the chip, include interpolation, measuring point latching, probe protecting, etc. The CMM control core based on SOPC technology has simplified the structure of motion controller hardware, and its system has features such as open structure, reliable performance, compact structure, and so on. Thus, this CMM motion control core could be achieved at custom-made applications flexibly.
