摘 要:為解決傳統(tǒng)的高精度A/D測量電路中需要在A/D前端搭建多級放大器而帶來的成本及檢測過程中的漂移問題,采用24 位超低噪聲模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器 ADS1232,并在設(shè)計過程中使用了多種單片機抗干擾措施,設(shè)計出來的高精度測試儀器在硬件和軟件上都得到了簡化,該系統(tǒng)可以得到一個可靠的高精度的測量結(jié)果,解決了橋接傳感器的前端問題。實踐表明,該系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,性能良好。

Abstract: In order to overcome the problems including high cost and drift, caused by the multi-stage amplifiers constructed in the front-end of the Analogy-to-Digital(A/D) in the traditional high precision A/D test circuit, a high-precision testing instrument used 24-bit analog-to-digital converter, a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA), ADS1232 and many anti-interaction techniques of Microchip Controller Unit(MCU) were designed. It simplified both in hardware and software, and it could give reliable and high-precision measurement results. Also, it provided complete front-end for bridge sensor applications. All practical results show this system performance well and stably.
