摘 要:針對小口徑薄壁鋼管無損檢測的需要,設(shè)計開發(fā)了一種基于水浸式超聲波的雙探頭探傷檢測系統(tǒng)。論述了該系統(tǒng)檢測原理、總體結(jié)構(gòu)、主要功能部件設(shè)計和軟硬件系統(tǒng)的組成,分析介紹了檢測軟件系統(tǒng)的功能,并對探傷檢測系統(tǒng)運行過程中由于振動引起的信號干擾等問題提出了解決方法,最后對系統(tǒng)進行了應(yīng)用驗證。

Research on water ultrasonic fault detection system for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes

Abstract: A fault detection system with double-probe based on water ultrasonic wave is designed and developed to meet the needs of non-destructive testing for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes. The testing principle, structure, design of the main components and composing in software and hardware of this system were described. At the same time, the functions of the testing software system were introduced. The solutions for some problems including signal interference caused by vibration in the course of fault detection were proposed. At last, this system was inspected and verified.
