環(huán)境水溫對艦船甲板升溫效果影響的實驗研究

摘 要:艦船甲板平臺區(qū)域的氣流牽引式循環(huán)升溫新技術是為解決其防凍和除冰等相關問題研究的。該文利用專用的原理性驗證模擬實驗裝置,初步研究環(huán)境水溫對甲板區(qū)域升溫效果的影響,對環(huán)境水溫為8.1~8.3 ℃、5.0~5.2 ℃和1.1~1.3 ℃進行升溫效果的對比實驗。結果表明:在甲板表面初始溫度相同的情況下,環(huán)境水溫會明顯影響甲板平臺區(qū)域的升溫效果;環(huán)境水溫越高,即水面與甲板表面的初始溫差越大,甲板平臺區(qū)域的升溫幅度就越大,其升溫效果也就越好。

water temperatures

Abstract: Deck-temperature-rising technology is the new technology that solves the temperature rising and deicing problems of ships deck. In this paper, the special experimental device was designed, and the influence laws of this new technology in different water temperatures were studied. Comparative experiments were done with the water temperatures at 8.1-8.3 ℃, 5.0-5.2 ℃ and 1.1-1.3 ℃. The experimental results show that under the same initial temperature of deck surface, the water temperature has significant impact on this new technology. The higher the temperature is, the greater warming-up amplitude and the better warming-up effect can be achieved.
