氣相色譜-氮磷檢測器檢測食品中稻瘟凈研究

摘 要:為克服食品中復(fù)雜成分的干擾,提高稻瘟凈的提取、凈化效率及檢測靈敏度,對已有稻瘟凈的方法進行改進:用乙腈提取目標物稻瘟凈,采用正己烷:丙酮(1∶1,V/V)替代傳統(tǒng)工藝中毒性較強的二氯甲烷提取液;植物源性食品采用石墨化碳黑小柱對提取液進行凈化,動物源性食品采用氧化鋁柱對提取液進行凈化;采用氮磷檢測器(NPD)檢測,方法檢出限為0.001 mg/kg。測定食品中稻瘟凈加標回收率在91.3%~97.5%之間,適應(yīng)于成分復(fù)雜的食品中稻瘟凈的測定。

Determination kitazin in foodstuffs by gas chromatography-nitrogen phosphorus detector

Abstract: To overcome the interference of complex components of the foodstuffs, and improve the efficiency of extraction and purification of the kitazin, and detection sensitivity, the existing methods for determining kitazin in foodstuffs were effectively improved: acetonitrile was selected as extraction solution, and n-hexane: acetone (1∶1, V/V) was selected as the extraction solution, which were used to replace the toxic dichloromethane in traditional methods; graphitized carbon black small column were used to purify the extractant from plant foodstuffs, and alumina column were used for purifying extractant from animal foodstuffs. Nitrogen phosphorus detector (NPD) was chosen for detection with the detection limit of 0.001 mg/kg. The spiked recoveries of determination in foodstuffs were from 91.3% to 97.5%, and the method is suitable for determing kitazin in foodstuffs with complex matrix.
