橘子果肉中橙皮苷的提取及含量測定

摘 要:采用索氏提取的方法對橘子果肉中橙皮苷進(jìn)行提取,對提取溶劑、提取溫度、提取時(shí)間、料液比進(jìn)行單因素試驗(yàn),并在該基礎(chǔ)上采用正交試驗(yàn)對提取工藝條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:橙皮苷最佳的索氏提取工藝為甲醇作溶劑提取、提取溫度85 ℃、提取時(shí)間3 h、料液比1∶120,橘子果肉中橙皮苷的含量為2.21 mg/g(鮮重)。該方法準(zhǔn)確,可靠,可用于橘子中功效成分合理開發(fā)和質(zhì)量控制。

Extraction and determination of hesperidin in orange pulp

Abstract: Soxhlet extration was applied to extract hesperidin from orange pulps. The effects of reagent, temperature, time, and material-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of hesperidin were investigated, and the extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum process conditions were: extract temperature 85 ℃, extract time 3.5 h, material-liquid ratio 1∶120 with methanol. The analytical result showed that the content of hesperidin in orange pulp was 2.21 mg/g (fresh weight). The method is accurate and reliable, and may be used for the development of functional components and the quality control of orange.
