49i-PS型臭氧校準(zhǔn)儀開展環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)領(lǐng)域臭氧檢測(cè)儀校準(zhǔn)工作的研究

摘 要:針對(duì)日益重要的環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的臭氧檢測(cè)儀的校準(zhǔn)溯源工作,提出采用49i-PS型臭氧校準(zhǔn)儀作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置,介紹該裝置的測(cè)量原理、主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)以及作為臭氧檢測(cè)儀校準(zhǔn)裝置的使用方法。研究輸氣管線材質(zhì)對(duì)臭氧濃度的影響,通過試驗(yàn)證明普通的不銹鋼輸氣管線對(duì)臭氧氣體有嚴(yán)重吸附,明顯降低臭氧濃度;而PU管對(duì)臭氧氣體沒有明顯的吸附,完全可以代替價(jià)格較高的聚四氟乙烯管,降低使用成本。

Study on calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental
monitoring field by model 49i-PS ozone calibrator

Abstract: Concerning on the calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental monitoring field a standard apparatus by using model 49i-PS ozone calibrator was proposed. The measuring mechanism, main technical specifications and operation method were introduced. The influence of material quality of gas transmission pipe on ozone concentration was investigated. Experimental results suggested that common stainless pipe adsorbed ozone gas strongly, which made ozone concentration decrease obviously. Experiments demonstrated that PU pipe adsorbed ozone gas hardly, which could be used instead of polytetrafluoroethylene pipe with lower price.
