冷卻塔熱力性能在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置及系統(tǒng)研制

摘 要:針對(duì)目前冷卻塔分立儀器檢測(cè)方式效率低、成本高、無(wú)法滿足實(shí)時(shí)性等問(wèn)題,開(kāi)發(fā)一套冷卻塔熱力性能在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置及系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)冷卻塔運(yùn)行工況與環(huán)境參數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確在線自動(dòng)測(cè)量,結(jié)合Merkel模型相對(duì)冷卻塔熱力性能進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)評(píng)估,利用3G模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果和故障的遠(yuǎn)程短信發(fā)送。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度較高,提高冷卻塔監(jiān)測(cè)效率,有利于冷卻塔能效的進(jìn)一步數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。

Design of on-line thermal performance monitor and system for cooling towers
Abstract: As the most cooling towers are monitored by discrete instruments which is inefficient, uneconomical and hysteretic, an on-line thermal performance monitor and system was designed to measure the operating and environmental parameters of cooling tower automatically. The Merkel theory was used to calculate the thermal performance in the system. And the monitoring results and fault of the system was sent by a message via 3G module. The experimental result indicates that the system is precise enough and efficient for cooling tower monitoring and in favor of improving the energy-efficiency of cooling towers.
