摘 要:為克服傳統(tǒng)滑模觀(guān)測(cè)器對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)進(jìn)行無(wú)傳感器控制時(shí)存在高頻抖振和轉(zhuǎn)子位置估算不精確的缺陷,提出一種基于改進(jìn)滑模觀(guān)測(cè)器的PMSM控制器設(shè)計(jì)方法。首先,建立PMSM的數(shù)學(xué)模型并分析傳統(tǒng)滑模觀(guān)測(cè)器轉(zhuǎn)子位置估計(jì)原理和缺陷,然后,采用低通濾波器對(duì)電流誤差開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)進(jìn)行濾波并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,采用飽和函數(shù)代替開(kāi)關(guān)函數(shù)以減少滑模運(yùn)動(dòng)的高頻抖動(dòng),最后,采用李亞普若夫穩(wěn)態(tài)判定方程證明設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)觀(guān)測(cè)器的穩(wěn)定性。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試表明:該方法能較為準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)PMSM的轉(zhuǎn)子位置和速度進(jìn)行估算,具有較高的估算精度。

Control design for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on improved
sliding mode variable structure control

Abstract: In order to overcome the defects of chattering and the inaccuracy estimation of rotor position when the traditional sliding mode observer was used to control the PMSM, a design method based on improved sliding mode observer was proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of PMSM was given and the rotor position estimation principle and its defects of the traditional sliding mode observer were analyzed. Then, the low pass filter was used to filter the current error switch signal and compensate the rotor angle, and the saturation function was used to replace the switch function for reducing the chattering. Finally, the stability was proved to build the equation. Experimental results show that this method can estimate the speed and rotor position with high accuracy. It is proved as an effective control method for PMSM.
