聚光光伏強化散熱系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計與分析

摘 要:參照試驗測試條件,對采用矩形翅片、小翅片、熱管散熱器等各類聚光散熱系統(tǒng)傳熱特性進行計算與分析,探討適用于聚光高能流密度不均勻性要求的高效散熱系統(tǒng),給出優(yōu)化設(shè)計的散熱系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。通過散熱系統(tǒng)模擬結(jié)果比較得出:優(yōu)化后的散熱器散熱效果比較明顯,熱管的均溫性可以克服聚光電池溫度分布的不均勻性,小翅片對于加強電池的散熱效果比較好,為降低聚光光伏系統(tǒng)的成本、提高發(fā)電效率與壽命提供技術(shù)支撐。

Optimization design and analysis of strengthened cooling system in concentrating PV system

Abstract: According to testing conditions, heat transfer calculations and analyses for the rectangular fin, small fin, heat pipe radiator and other types of cooling systems are carried out in this paper. Because of the high energy flow density and nonuniform heat transfer characters, the optimal design of the cooling system’s structure is found out. Comparing the obtained simulation results, the cooling effect of the optimized structure is more obvious, the heat pipe can make the temperature distribution more uniform, and small fin enhances heat transfer comparatively well. The research results will reduce the cost of photovoltaic concentrator system, and improve its efficiency of power generation and life.
