基于輪壓檢測(cè)的塔式起重機(jī)防傾翻方案

摘 要:為有效防止塔式起重機(jī)傾翻,以檢測(cè)直接反映塔機(jī)傾翻力矩大小變化的工作狀態(tài)輪壓為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)確定并限制目標(biāo)輪壓來(lái)限制傾翻力矩。用常規(guī)的靜態(tài)計(jì)算法對(duì)最不利工況下的輪壓進(jìn)行計(jì)算,獲得輪壓變化規(guī)律,給出目標(biāo)輪壓限定值,提出涉及檢測(cè)方案設(shè)計(jì)、傳感器選型、傳感器安裝設(shè)計(jì)及電路設(shè)計(jì)的輪壓檢測(cè)方法,為完善塔式起重機(jī)防傾翻方案提供了新思路。

Design tip-over prevention plan for tower cranes based on wheel load test

Abstract: To effectively prevent the tower crane tipping, overturning moment was limited through identifying and limiting the target wheel load for the working wheel load status directly determine the size of the overtuening moment. The wheel load under the worst working condition was calculated with the general static calculation method to get the change rule of wheel load and target wheel load limits. And the wheel load detection method was proposed, which includes detection scheme design, sensor selection, sensor installation design and circuit design. This method offers a new way to perfect tower crane tip-over prevention plan.
