基于LabVIEW的壓力脈動分析儀
摘 要:在天然氣運輸前的增壓過程中,由于壓縮機的往復式運動,會產(chǎn)生壓力脈動現(xiàn)象,從而引起管路系統(tǒng)振動。為測試壓力脈動過程,利用LabVIEW設(shè)計一種壓力脈動分析儀。該儀器結(jié)合虛擬儀器和信號分析處理技術(shù),采集并分析壓力傳感器的數(shù)據(jù),可快速檢測出管路系統(tǒng)中各測點的壓力脈動值,找出不合格的測點并采取相應(yīng)的措施來減小這些測點處的振動值,保證安全生產(chǎn)。該壓力脈動分析儀已在多處天然氣增壓站投入使用,取得了良好的使用效果。

Pressure fluctuation analyzer based on LabVIEW

Abstract: The pipeline of the CNG transportation system often vibrates since pressure fluctuation for the reciprocating motion of the compression engine in the pressurization process. In order to measure pressure fluctuation, an analyzer based virtual instrument and signal processing was developed with LabVIEW. The pressure fluctuation of pipeline system can be test rapidly through collecting and analyzing the data from the pressure sensor. The point of pressure dissatisfaction can be found by comparing with API618, and further steps to reduce vibration can be followed up to avoid accident. This analyzer has been used in some CNG stations and achieved good results.
