摘 要:為掌握水下液控系統(tǒng)淺水測試技術(shù),以常用的電液復(fù)合控制系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)展開研究。分析電液復(fù)合控制系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理和功能要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求和國內(nèi)外測試現(xiàn)狀,提出淺水測試場需配置的測試系統(tǒng)及其連接方式,明確測試內(nèi)容,編制測試流程,并闡述具體的測試方法。研究結(jié)果可為國內(nèi)淺水測試場建設(shè)及水下液控系統(tǒng)淺水測試作業(yè)提供參考。

Study on shallow-water test technology based on the function of multiplexed electro-hydraulic control system

Abstract: Studies have been conducted to master the shallow-water test technology of subsea hydraulic control system based on the multiplexed electrohydraulic control system. The test systems and their connection needed for shallow-water test sites were proposed after the compositions, operating principle and functional requirements of the system were analyzed and the existing standards and the testing state at home and abroad were studied. Testing items were determined, testing procedures established and testing methods elaborated. The testing results can be used as a reference for the construction of shallow-water test sites and shallow-water test operation at home.
