摘 要:以濕法消解對(duì)低硼硅玻璃安瓿瓶包裝的燈盞花素葡萄糖注射液進(jìn)行消解,建立ICP-AES及ICP-MS測(cè)定其中Al、Ca、K、Na等14種元素的方法,并從檢出限、定量限、重復(fù)性等方面進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:該方法檢出限為0.009 ng/mL(Ni)~0.03 μg/mL(Al);定量限為0.03 ng/mL(Ni)~0.09 μg/mL(Al)。平均加標(biāo)回收率介于95.6%~101.4%之間。

Study on element migration in ampoules of scutellarin glucose injection

Abstract: A method with ICP-AES and ICP-MS has been established to determine the Al, Ca, K and Na and ten other elements in scutellarin glucose injection contained in low-borosilicate glass ampoules by means of wet digestion. The method has been verified in respect to detection limit, quantitative limit, repeatability, etc. The detection limit is 0.009 ng/mL(Ni)-0.03 μg/mL(Al), the quantitative limit is 0.03 ng/mL(Ni)-0.09 μg/mL(Al), and the average recovery is 95.6%-101.4%.
